How We Engineer
We don't begin with a trend. We begin with a problem.
Every FORZE product starts with a simple question:
What could work better?
It may be a shirt that feels restrictive during a long day. A fabric that loses its appearance after repeated washes. A fit that looks good standing still but becomes uncomfortable when you move. Or a garment that simply was not designed around the way people actually live.
We identify the problem first.
Then we engineer around it.
01 — Understand
We study the real use case.
- Where will the garment be worn?
- How long will it be worn?
- How much movement does it need to allow?
- What weather and conditions will it encounter?
- What usually frustrates the person wearing it?
These questions define the product before fabric selection begins.
02 — Select the Fabric
Fabric is not just a specification at FORZE.
It determines how the garment feels, moves, breathes, drapes and ages.
We evaluate qualities such as:
- Hand feel
- Weight and GSM
- Stretch and recovery
- Breathability
- Surface texture
- Durability
- Wash behaviour
- Intended season and occasion
We choose the fabric that fits the problem — not simply the fabric that looks good on a hanger.
03 — Engineer the Fit
Fit is developed around movement as much as appearance.
Shoulder balance, chest ease, sleeve mobility, garment length and proportions are refined through sampling and wear testing.
The goal is simple:
Clean when you stand. Comfortable when you move.
04 — Refine the Construction
Details matter because they affect how a garment performs over time.
We examine:
- Collar construction
- Seam placement
- Stitching
- Stress-point reinforcement
- Buttons and hardware
- Pockets
- Branding placement
- Internal finishing
Nothing should be added without a reason.
05 — Test. Wear. Improve.
A sample is not a finished product.
- We wear it.
- Move in it.
- Wash it.
- Review the fit.
- Question the details.
- Then refine it again.
The process continues until we believe the product earns the FORZE name.
